Refund policy

We are sorry that we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped at Canada Post. However, if you cancel your order within a short period of time before the order has been processed, then we can cancel the order at no charge.

We will modify your order accordingly.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
