With this jelly mix, you can easily make your original jelly cakes at home.

Plant-based kanten jelly mix is very popular in Japan, especially among children. It is very refreshing and tasty, and of course it's vegan and school-safe!
The mix contains soda-flavoured powder with a delicate sweetness, and all you need to do is add boiling water to the clear kanten mix, stir for 30 seconds and let cool!
1. Boil 600ml* of water to 90℃
2. Pour the boiling water into the kanten mix
3. Stir the mix (2.) well for 30 seconds (until the mix becomes completely dissolved)
4. Pour the mix (3.) into your favourite cups or a container and let cool at room temperature or in the fridge for 30 mins
5. You can enjoy it as is, or arrange it by layering other kanten jellies or with your favourite toppings*
*If you prefer to make jelly loosen, add more water (50-70ml).
**By adding your favourite toppings (e.g. fresh fruits, whipped cream, ice cream), a restaurant-quality jelly parfait is ready to be served.
