Our plant-based jelly mix from Japan is very popular, especially among children. It is very refreshing and tasty, and of course it's vegan and school-safe!
We all know how children love sweets! But for parents like myself who always wish for their kids to eat healthy, many of us don't always have time to prepare healthy sweets from scratch.
For those people who concern about their family's daily eating habits, this plant-based jelly is the perfect solution!
The mix contains green apple-flavoured powder with a delicate sweetness, and all you need to do is add boiling water to the green apple mix, stir for 30 seconds and let cool!
1. Boil 600ml of water to 90℃
2. Pour the boiling water into the green apple kanten mix
3. Stir the mix (2.) well for 30 seconds (until the mix becomes completely dissolved)
4. Pour the mix (3.) into your favourite cups or a container and let cool at room temperature or in the fridge for 30 mins
5. You can enjoy it as is, or arrange it with your favourite toppings
By adding your favourite toppings (e.g. fresh fruits, whipped cream, ice cream), a restaurant-quality jelly parfait is ready to be served.
