Lemon Yogurt Kanten (レモンヨーグルト寒天)

This is one of my favorite kanten dessert recipes.
Because yogurt goes very well with any citrus fruits and berries, you can design your cute kanten desserts on this white canvas:)
 As a morning booster, let's add it to breakfast menu.
I can guarantee you that this Kanten will bring smiles to everyone!


-Yogurt 200g
-Kanten Powder 2g
-Water 150ml
-Milk 50ml
-Sugar 60g
-Fresh Lemon Juice 1tbsp
*Fresh fruits as desired You could add layers of kanten jelly like soda kanten on top or bottom.

[Pre Preparation]

Leave yogurt and milk out of the fridge so that they reach close to room temperature.
*To shorten the time, you can also warm up them to room temperature in microwave for a 15-20 seconds.


1. Pour water into pan and add kanten powder, then stir well.
2. Boil the mix(1.) for at least 2 minutes. Please continue stirring while boiling.
3. Add sugar and stir well until completely dissolved and then turn down heat to low.
4. Add yogurt and milk into the pan and stir well.
5. Turn off heat and add lemon juice, then strain into a bowl or container.
6. Pour the mix(5.) into small cups and add any fruits of your choice.
7. Allow to cool in the fridge and enjoy!


-ヨーグルト 200g
-粉寒天 2g
-⽔ 150ml
-ミルク 50ml
-砂糖 60g
-レモン汁 1tbsp




1. 水と粉寒天を鍋に入れてよく混ぜます。
2. 火にかけて中火で粉寒天が完全に溶けるまで混ぜ続けながら2分強煮ましょう。
3. 寒天が完全に溶けたら砂糖を入れてよく混ぜながら煮ます。砂糖が完全に溶けたら弱火にします。
4. 室温に戻したヨーグルトとミルクを加えてよく混ぜましょう。
5. 火を止めてからレモン汁を混ぜ合わせたらボールの中へ濾します。
6. お好みの容器やカップへ注ぎ、お好みで果物をトッピングしてください。
7. 冷蔵庫でよく冷したら出来上がり♪
