Pink Gelée-Red Onion Lemon Sauce (ピンクジュレ-レッドオニオン・レモンソース)

This lemon based pink gelée is versatile sauce. As you squeeze afresh lemon over seafoods, let top the cute pink sparkling gelée on your favorite seafoods, veggies or deep fries.
My favourite pairings are with fresh oysters and Sashimi (Japanese fresh raw fish) like scallops.
By arranging regular lemon sauce to a sparkling gelée, the glittering appearance is sure to brighten your dinner table!
It lasts for 2-3 weeks to use for any future meals.
[Ingredients]
-Kanten Powder 0.5g (粉寒天)
[Instructions]
1. Finely chop a red onion.
2. Pour water, sake and kanten powder into a sauce pan and mix well. Then add (1.finely chopped red onions) to the pan and turn on the heat to medium.
3. After boiling the mix for 5mins, add Consommé or Kombu powder and salt.
*Make sure the red onion becomes nicely soft.
4.Turn off the heat and add lemon. Stir well. Pour into a container.
5. It'll get jelled in 30mins at room temperature or in the fridge!
[作り方]
2.小鍋に水、日本酒、粉寒天を入れてよく混ぜてから、細かくみじん切りしたレッドオニオンを加えます。火をつけて中火にします。
3. 5分ほど茹でたら(粉寒天が完全に溶けたら)コンソメ又は昆布出汁と塩を加えてよく混ぜます。
4. オニオンが柔らかくなったのを確認したら火を止めて、最後にレモン汁を加えよく混ぜます。
